• Direction for use

I. For digestion & detox: Mix 1 teaspoon (5g) of triphala powder in warm water and drink
before bedtime or early morning on an empty stomach for best results.

II. For weight management: Consume with lukewarm water or honey daily to support
metabolism and fat digestion.

III. For hair & skin care: Mix with water, aloe vera, or yogurt to create a natural hair or face
mask. Apply and leave for 15–20 minutes before rinsing.

IV. For eye care: Soak 1 teaspoon in water overnight, strain, and use the liquid as an eye wash
(consult a doctor before use).

V. For oral health: Gargle with triphala water to promote gum health and maintain oral hygiene.
